I agree. It doesn't matter how much money you spend on laser, if you have a bad? diet, you'll continue to have acne breakouts causing more scars. I used to have lots of acne scars myself, but I start to drink a lot of water, eat lots of vegetables, and just simply use exfoliating face wash such as DermaCosmec 2% salicylic acid and 10% AHA blend toner as part of my daily skincare routine. Hey im a little skeptical about taking beta? carotene 25,000 IU my acne is pretty bad I was taking this other supplement which caused it. I take Zinc now and I want to take the beta carotene but im worried about side effects and such...is it safe? I have found this advice at backne.org 13:25:12

Actually I did get beautiful results with microdermabrasion overall but it was over what I felt was a long period of time and ALOT of? money. I feel like if I'm spending a lot I want results quicker.

Sometimes people exaggerate, it's true. And thinking about an acne all the time just makes thinks worse (considering psychodermatology)- as well as using to many irritating cosmetics. BUT: Try to pick? up a girl you love when you have severe acne. Try to get a summer job as e.g. receptionist when you have this problem. Try to camp, when you have to use so many lotions, creams etc. Try to feel confident, when strangers you meet are saying, you should do sth about it. ETC.

seriously? stfu, i got rid of my acne to but there are plenty of people who can not find a answer for acne. imagine if you still had (moderate to severe) acne to this day would you say the same thing? its like a thin person telling an obese person that losing weight is easy.
