I'm not really sure, anything in? large amounts can be harmful even water, salt, sugar. Some things build up in your body while others pass through. From memory it's like Accutane I would talk to your doctor about the dosage; vitamins in conjunction with other health conditions, medications or pregnancy can do more harm than good. There are a large number of factors that can cause acne. Treating it may be in part life style; not just a pill.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Love your videos. I too have had subcisions and fraxel lasers done and derma rolling. Do you have? before and after pics of your excised scars? There are a few deep ones I have that I'm planning on excising. Btw, be more gentle on your skin. I was gasping when you were massaging your face with stitches in so fresh after excision and careful with sun exposure. Shouldnt be in sun at all for first 7 days after laser but docs fail to mention this so u dont opt out of it :)

Its all dependents on the type of scaring: Deep Rolling Scar, Shallow Rolling Scar, Box Car Scar, Raised Papule Scar, Deep Pit Scar, Shallow Pit? Scar, Enlarged Pore Scar. You need to match type of scar to the effective treatment. It's going to be a good wait and see when i have finished the treatment plan. I'm quite hopeful.

I'm told after all the treatments on my plan; I should expect a 50% improvement to the appearance of my acne scars. There's another subscision and 3 more laser to go and then it may take a good 6 months for everything to settle down completely. Further laser treatments may make additional improvements.?
