Since he's loosening the oil and muck with his zapper, that "pressing" tool I discribed would be much more effective then "pinching" the skin between thumb and forefinger. my acne comes from hormonal changes so I break out like crazy during my period. Even with proper medication and treatment I usually get 1 large zit per period. I do extractions on myself on a daily basis. It does not hurt when you know your own skin. although I find it only 50/50 to be helpful in preventing acne, I find it valuable to remove large dried comedos, which if not removed becomes a permanent? brown mark.

Jojoba oil is probably the best acne treatment there is (sounds crazy just - check it out for yourself online). I know from experience that teenage dream? by mama nature is amazing for acne and pimples. Of course it will not work for everyone (nothing does). But it is well worth trying. This might just work but it seems a lot of work plus you have to use toners and moisturizers on top of this. Jojoba oil is probably the best acne treatment there is (sounds crazy just - check it out for yourself online). Dont use toothpaste on ur skin. I tried it and every time I put it? on my skin , i felt ill, it made me automatically depressed and suicidal. This stuff affects the brain in ridiculous ways if used anywhere other than the teeth. The flouride if you google is dangerous enough, then there are other dangerous chemicals in it. you could also try raw organic apple cider vinegar, just dab a bit on it, but I feel diet does play a role as well as chemicals people put on their face. If you keep to a green diet like you mentioned, I believe this should be enough. Remember not to cut out other foods altogether because you do need a balanced diet to be healthy but, in particular, don't eat any chocolates,? sweets or cakes in the few weeks before your prom because it will usually lead to a break out a day or so later, which can take a while to heal. If acne is caused by poor diet and nutritional deficiences then how do you explain why large numbers of people who eat garbage having great looking skin. I have an impeccable diet ( almost all raw fruits veggies, nuts and salmon, distilled water and I eat? no simple sugars), work out 4x/week, 6% BF, my cholesterol is 118, LDL 51, HDL 65 and triglycerides at 26. Resting HR is 42 bpm. I am 45 and I still get acne on my face. Sorry but there is more to the cause of acne than diet alone.

All you people discrediting this? man because he's never had acne, you're all idiots. He is absolutely right. I'm 21 years old, and I have suffered from acne since I was 14 years old. I've also had a really crappy diet since then, but never made the connection... Just recently, about two weeks ago, I became turned on to healthy eating and revolutionized my diet completely. No dairy, hydrogenated oils, etc. My skin is now clear minus a few scars which are healing on their own. :-) I feel amazing!

@Lebprync3ss22 OK? the reason i mixed is cause the green i used is not a concealer so i mixed it with concealer if you have green concealer then you would just apply that then your foundation.but if you are mixing like i did then still apply that first hope this helped :)
