Some people have dual citizenship and work and live in both sides of the border. The largest number of U.S citizens living in other countries are currently in Mexico. No, dumbass--Cuba is *not* the poorest country in the Americas. You want? a list of poorer countries? Try Ecuador, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Bolivia, Honduras, Nicaragua--all poorer. Other Caribbean island countries are poorer than Cuba too.
