I'm a ballet dancer myself :) but i also know that swan lake is a music piece and a movie! all based of course on the ballet, but i wouldn't compare the cartoon-movie to the ballet, as i wouldn't compare this to the ballet. I don't think using Tchaikovsky's music in a circus-performance is plagerising his work (he made the music, not the choreography). Plagerising would mean that they took credit for the music. As of the choreography, they DID? make original content.
