And almost everyone knows that vit E oil is good for scars. but info on the concentration in IU which is most effective sounds more helpful. Take some lemon juice on a cotton swab dab ONLY on the scars not your whole face. I'll be sure to remember that... and thank you for the compliment :) yeah my skin was better but i had some issues with bad products and blah blah blah and so the dark marks became more prominent and? then i began to breakout more and then i had spots from those breakouts and it was alll bad lol but im thrilled to be trying natural products! Cant wait for the mask video!!!!

I use fresh squeezed myself. You may have to adjust the vinegar content a little if it is too strong for you. If it doesn't bother you then it should be fine. I am going to try to do some more videos on how to do facial masks with natural things. Natural stuff is the only things that helped me. I used some expensive popular brands that just caused more issues and one burned the face and it wasn't supposed to do that. I don't break out or have? many dark spots cause.

I have tried everything in my opinion, except for natural remedies...so i figured hey why not...my eyes actually burn? when i put it on lol..if this works ..oh lord ill be so pleased..dark spots on your face are like mini target saying hey "look at me" lol..I'll definitely be trying the lemon juice with it as well..i just happened to get some...in a bottle is good right? or fresh squeezed?

Yep I put it on? the cotton ball and right to my face. Sometimes I would even just apply it to the area of my face with the dark spots. It does have a crazy smell LOL! My lip curled up at first hahaha! You get use to it tho. I also drank it for a while because it's so good for the body in general. . I did put some lemon juice in with it. Lemons also help lighten the dark spots on your face.

, Hi, my suggestion u? should do your treatments on Monday. The Vitamin E oil, you are suppose to wash it all off before applying any other stuff on your skin ie. Sun block or moisturizer. And yes, please apply sunblock 20min before u play your sports always. Never go into direct sunlight after your treatments to prevent pigmentation. Regards

Hi Ray , im planning on using the Derma Roller in the future and i have Acne Scars very similar to what you have or HAD :') and im wondering , because iam very active on days from Wednesday - Sunday (Playing Sports) what routine do you think is best to do the treatment? Should i do it once a? week on a Tuesday or..? And is it okay to apply Sun Lotion AFTER you have applied Vitamin E (Incase of going out) ? Thanks :')

Hi doosherD90, if you have bought the 1mm & will be using it on your scars than gd for u! (I can't say for sure if it is the right 1 for you, but you should know? better your own scar condition.) Starting out you should give yourself 3 - 5 days of rest in between treatments. Please be mindful of hygiene before & after using the derma roller! Eat lots of fruits & veg, drink lots of water daily, apply aloe vera gel onto treated areas to moisturize. Stay indoors after treatment etc...

Hi youtube, this is my 13th treatment (04/12/2010)! A part from staying away from smoke & pollutants. You should also take some vitamin pills, such as vitamin C or E. But if you eat lots of fruits rich in vitamin A & C that would be even better! I myself take vitamin C & E capsules almost everyday.

(con) I tell you by experience, I had? a sever case of acne and I've tried many things and the problem just dissapeared temporally. Since I went to the dermatologist and I found out that I had a health problem, every changed for me. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't take care of our skin on a daily basis.
