sometimes dairy can cause cystic acne. even small doses. like cheese on ur burger etc. it doesnt mean ur allergic to dairy, but ur body doesnt like the hormones that dairy is injected with and it can cause acne as well as other problems.? So if anyone is looking for a cheaper way to try and figure out their acne problems, start by eliminating dairy from ur diet. and be careful, u would be surprised at all the foods that contain dairy. just a tip. worked for me and a lot of other people i know
