If you keep to a green diet like you mentioned, I believe this should be enough. Remember not to cut out other foods altogether because you do need a balanced diet to be healthy but, in particular, don't eat any chocolates, sweets or cakes in the few weeks before? your prom because it will usually lead to a break out a day or so later, which can take a while to heal. If acne is caused by poor diet and nutritional deficiences then how do you explain why large numbers of people who eat garbage having great looking skin. I have an impeccable diet ( almost all raw fruits veggies, nuts and salmon, distilled water and I eat no simple sugars), work out 4x/week, ? 6% BF, my cholesterol is 118, LDL 51, HDL 65 and triglycerides at 26. Resting HR is 42 bpm. I am 45 and I still get acne on my face. Sorry but there is more to the cause of acne than diet alone.

All you people discrediting this man because he's never had acne, you're all idiots. He is absolutely right. I'm 21 years old, and I have suffered from acne since I was 14 years old. I've also had a really crappy diet since then, but never made the connection... Just recently, about? two weeks ago, I became turned on to healthy eating and revolutionized my diet completely. Hi, only way to to fight your acne is by changing your diet. Eat meat no more than once a day, if possible at lunchtime (ideally you wouldn't eat any !!), cut out the dairy products (the only thing I can tolerate is mozarella !), and wheat-based products. Also? prepared foods, which contain 'taste enhancers' (stuff that mkes your food addictive and make you eat more) and salt. alkaline cleansers like true bar soap actually reduces oiliness. oily skin tends to have a lower pH than normal skin, so using a base cleanser will? help balance that..but you still should take caution with it and use it at most 2 times a day. be very careful with base soaps because of how they affect the balance of skin, but they're really the only thing that helps with oiliness through the day

I'm not sure about? different kinds of birthcontrol, but there are some that have different vitamins and such. My sister took a birthcontrol that provides extra iron, for example. Birth control helped cleared my face tremendously compared to the cleansers, to be honest. I suggest you go to your doctor and see what they think.

i have mederma and i havent seen a difference on my acne scars. i havent been using it as instructed, ive only been using it at night. you're supposed to apply like 3 times a day for a couple of months,and that is something i cannot commit too because its not wearable under make up.when you apply mederma it turns to a plastic-y finish and if you try to put foundation over it, it just peels right off. it? reminds me of clear glue.

I'm not sure they really edited the photo's but you can do a lot with different lighting and make-up (the girl in this video obviously wears make-up) in the after-video! I don't really blame them; they are a company after all? and they need to sell their product as good as possible! As long as they don't airbrush or photoshop!
