Hello form Spain!! ^^ that is not allioli it's mayoneise like you said. But! i tell you the recipe of allioli if you want to try it, is so popular in Valencia (Spain) ;) you have to mash one garlic glove with salt, add one egg yolk and remove to incorporated all. Then add olive oil while you remove without stop (it's the most important part :S) We eated? with "torrá" (like barbaque) Wauu! it is so delicious ^^ please try it ;D

No, I´m pretty sure it was the olive oil. I first made mine using an "extravirgin" olive oil? but it turns out it wasn't extravirgin. I then used soy oil (which is very neutral in taste) and the result was very nice... don't give up this is really a delicios mayo.

I have not seen all your videos? so maybe another video will cover the issue I'm asking. Have you thought about some clamping system for the logs. As putting your foot on the log to stop it moving doesn't seem too good an idea. Better if you clamp logs at either end.

I just saw your problem with the saw dust accumulation on the guide tracks and not knowing if anyone else has mention this to you but, this problem is? easily solved by installing a soft brush on each end of the mill, it will keep the track clean as you go, going forwards or reversing...! Thanks for the video! Yeah, IMO - the power should be around? 2HP for such a work. In addition, why don't you create some device/ mechanism that automatically clean the saw dusts out of the rails because those dusts can affect the setting of thickness of the cut wood!

A heavier bandsaw blade is needed for cutting wood like that, and likely 2 - 5 hp minimum, but depending on feed rate. As the? blade strength is increased, frame will need to be beefed up. Dry pine is notoriously difficult to saw, more tooth set is required, dry wood causes increased tooth heating, dulling blade, water, windshield washing fluid, or kerosene will wash resin, and cool blade. Green, frozen wood is the best to saw. Check out Wood Mizer's info, they have reliable advice.

What's your blade speed? Seems a bit slow for a mill. I? know my 20" Davis & Wells saw runs near 5000fpm blade speed, and it cuts 12"-15" logs on my log-sled like butter and leaves a sweet finish. I'd shoot for at least 4000. Remember, the faster the speed, the cleaner the cut. Also, carbide blades are about the best thing going for super smooth resawing. I wouldn't dull a $200 blade on a rough log though. Watch the Laguna Resaw King video.

I run a portable mill for hire and just a couple of recommendations. 1. You need lube on the band to help? keep it cool, it will stay sharp longer that way. 2. The grooves in the wood off of the second blade is because it has more set then the first blade. 3. After the first cut, it works better if you flip 180 deg rather then 90 deg. 4. I run carbide tip bands only when re-sawing antique limber where I may run through old nails.

Lol, yeah, they are kind of pricey. I saw a 5/8" 3tpi hard back one for 20 buck a minute ago... but the carbide one was $30 to? $50. I gotta say again, I'm floored by this thing. I know I want to make something like it.

You need a blade lubricant. A cooler blade stays cleaner, and cuts longer. I drip a mixture of diesel fuel and oil, water works ok, but not as good? as fuel. I can cut 7 or 8 large logs without resharpening, if the lube accidentaly runs dry, the blade heats up and quits sawing. hope this helps.

How did you make sure the rails were parallel on the ground? Also, a skip-tooth blade might work? well when the resawing reaches thicker parts of the log. They leave more room for the sawdust being pulled through, and fewer teeth engaged means less resistance to making a cut.

Nice design.. I have a larger? version of similar design. It has a 22hp air cooled diesel, hydraulic blade tensioner, VFD gantry movement. It can cut a 4" slab 15" wide and 18'long. It has a simple "dog" system to hold the log square and steady, I could send pictures if you like....also, I use water to lubricate the blade.. they stay sharp longer.

Nice! Just one slight difference in my recipe: I put the meat in a smoker for 30 minutes before dehydrating it, so I don't need to use liquid smoke, which? (so I was told) isn't so healthy. The taste is just fantastic, and will be different depending on the type of wood you choose. (Electric smokers aren't really expensive, mine cost under $100.)

Hello, we live in Belgium and we visited Florida in april. This was the first time we've stayed in United States and we discovered the Jerky. Did you ever try? there jerky gun using ground meat? It is really good and it's just like if you use your meat but better if you try it us 95 to 97% ground meat. They sell the gun with the seaon for 14.95

It will work, but once you start sanding the material you will lose your mossy oak pattern. I've used patterned material, including military uniforms. They look interesting, but nothing like they started. The only way I know to keep the pattern is to not sand it and for me, I don't like to leave handle in that condition as they are uncomfortable and look? kind of bad. Try it wit a small batch and sand it. If you like it you can make a bigger batch and put it on a knife.

I get my belts from G.L Pearce Abrasive Co. The? don't have a website. Got the info from an add in Blade Magazine His 1 X 30 belts are 70 cents each and his 2 X 72 belts are $1.70. His numbers are -- (814) 938-2379 for inquiries and (800) 938-0021 for ordering only. For buffing the micarta I use a clean wheel and white buffing compound.

40K? Try more like 100+K in a car. In this application probably even close to 200K. These guys are lucky that this turbo came off of a diesel engine. If this was a small car turbo off a Volvo the turbo probably would've grenaded. All it takes is a little play and there are impeller blades everywhere. The afterburner on? this engine would make great thrust, but it doesn't add any shaft HP. The reason for the glowing spectacle is the afterburner. Without it this is just another turbo engine video.

thank you for the note. in theory, yes they can be cleaned, but we do not reccomend it. it is very difficult to do well becuase on the huge amount of roots and if not done well it can cause serious problems for your next grow. using clean, sterile media each time you grow, is laways the preferred method.?

Just find where the back of the cafeteria is...usually a dumpster and loading dock...and most of the time there is just a stack sitting out there. Might have to try diff days of the week. some people have asked how much they weigh...i scrolled down and look at quite a few posts and didn't see that anyone has posted weights. I just weigh all of mine and they vary from 21-23 grains. I imagine the differences are mostly due to how much glue is used and how much of the "cut" nock you are using. I'll work on getting a video of mine being shot so that ya'll? can see

I've looked for these Thill Nite Brite bobbers? at Meijer and Walmart....they dont seem to carry this kind. However, my local Gander Mountain and Dick's Sporting Goods has them all the time. I work in the seed treating industry and the drum (just like your trammel drum) has a C channel that is rolled into a ring and welded to a sheet metal drum. The drum is placed on two rollers at the front and two rollers at the back. The rollers also cause the drum to? rotate. Check out video "/watch?v=_hkM6QuHb7g" at 0:43 and you'll see what I'm talking about.
