Wow sorry, I'm 2 months late. The raw food diet is eating fruits, veggies, soaked nuts and seeds without cooking them. I also eat seaweed, and fermented foods. actually they dont! the molecules in olive oil are waaaay to big so they cant actually clog our pores. Soap is often made with olive oil (castile soap) and is very very good for skin. I use OO for makeup remover bc its all natural baby! My FAVE is to get baking soda (1 tsp) and something like cetaphil (size of a dime) and gently scrub for 30 secs. Then lather a good dose? of Ponds moisturizer. VOILA great skin!

But went out and got the St.Ives green tea scrub and a Clean and Clear acne moisturizer but not the exact one since they didnt have it at my target but it has the same shape bottle. I know this is an old video, but what also helps is Lemon juice and organic brown sugar but rinse your face with hot water and use a spounge and dip it? in hot water it really opens up your pours and get's rid of rinckles and dry damage and age looking skin! I know from experience that teenage dream by mama nature is amazing for acne and pimples. Of course it will not work for everyone (nothing does). But it is well worth trying. you need the castor oil for it's cleansing properties, but on it's own it is too 'big' to be absorbed, so you need to mix it with a carrier oil for it to work... I recently got into this cleansing method because I've tried? COUNTLESS cleansers and no matter how good or their properties they'd always dry me out. Ironic since I have oily skin but yet sensitive at the same time. I put lemon juice and lemon peels(zest) that are grated.
