personally I stopped using it because you also have to take in account the scars. If you just have acne prone skin find a skincare line that won't break you out? and don't change it. Try Dermalogica they have a normal/oily skin kit that might work better for you. You don't need acne products you just need something that won't break you out. Dermalogica kit is also cheaper then Murad about $35 I think and it looks small but it's enough product to last atleast 2 months if not more. :)

15 days passed and my face looks just terrible. I had not too much pimples. Actually, I had just a few, but I have acne prone skin. Now, when I started to use Murad acne kit it's getting worse and worse everyday. Yeah, I was noticed, that I should wait and go through this nightmare, but I'm? not sure... What if it's going to be even worse? I'm afraid... What do you think?

I disagree because? I used it for the full 4 weeks and my face was very dry and irritated. I have moderate acne btw. Parts of my face, like my cheeks, that never really was a problem area became red, dry, and soooo bumpy!!! I just switched back to my usual routine (Biore cleanser, witch hazel, spf moisturizer) and my face it already letting up and I realized that my face was much better before I used murad. Idk I might have sensitive skin, but for me at least, it just made my skin worse.

i would recommend any product cleanser? with salicylic acid. Its a very good acne eliminating ingredient. it is gentle and takes time but it does eliminate the acne.

I would? definitely recommend murad, it saved my skin. Proactive did not work for me bcuz it dried my face too much, but the moisturizer in the murad kit is awesome. You just have to get through the first month and let ur skin get used to the products and then start enjoying ur skin!

It's actually milder then proactive? so I don't know if it would work. But if you can get your hands on the mini trial kit at sephora which is smaller then what i have in the video then I'd give a chance it won't hurt. Also look at DDF products also at sephora they have some nice stuff for acne. Good Luck :)

don't get it if you only get few breakouts it can actually do more damage then good. it has acids you just need to get through you hormonal stages. No i did not get through the purging stages I just couldn't take it. Unless you can lock yourself inside for a month you'll hate it as? well lol... hope I helped.

I get 2-4 blemishes a month, so should I get it? Acne is an issue for me, but it's not SEVERE or anything. I'm only 13, and I'm, like, the ONLY person in my class who has acne, so...yeah, embarassing. I already have a skin care routine, btw. Also, about the "purging" process, how bad was it for? you? Some people who used Murad didn't even get passed that process, and just quit using it. Did Murad help get rid of your scars after your purging process ended?

Awwee thank you.? You have pretty clear skin as far as I can tell, so I wouldn't suggest this. If you really want to get better skin I suggest Origins products they really worked for me. I'll do more reviews on them later. I don't work for them or anything, there products just work well for me. Also look at Korres, if you get a chance they're a pretty natural company. And 100% Pure, let me know if you need more info. for any of these companies.

I'm using lemon to remove my really really bad acne scars ..and when i say bad it is bad..really bad..trust me..times were i didn't feel like seeing my own fucking face..and i wanted to die because i looked like some diseased dog or some shit like that..i felt so wrecked and stuff..i started using lemon..now i have like 95 % of my acne scars gone but still have like worse scar ..even worse than her at the start of her treatment..i will use lemon for sometime..hopefully i will look normal? again!

You are very pretty and your scarring minimal, I am looking for your follow up for your second treatment. I am on the 4th Fraxinal and I have maybe another 2 after this one. Please comment on my blog! www.highonhealth.org I've been trialing both salt and honey as a cleanser. I used sea salt and then honey to see how my skin would react. Sea salt is a great exfoliant but can be quite alkaline which you need to watch out for. Honey is GREAT and definitely my favorite. It has an acid pH so great for keeping the acid mantle acid, which is what it's supposed to be.

I use natural unscented alba shave cream (checked ingredients in cosmeticdatabase . com and sees pretty good). any tips for guys here?! Definitely important to make sure your salt? is VERY fine! i tried a honey and Himalayan sea salt scrub on my face once and the salt wasn't ground finely enough and I ended up with scratches on my face, especially my nose! now I just use straight raw honey, haha!

@rishiv037 The pus is actually dead white blood cells that have already fought the infection that was under your skin. When you see the white head, the spot is already on its way out. The skin that is inflamed and? raised will shrink back down and dry out, and the white will disappear, or escape of its own free will. Occasionally a spot will pop no matter how gently you wash your face, but mostly if you leave them they just dry out and dissappear.

My picking is getting worse and worse..and it drives me crazy because my face looks like it caught on fire and someone tried to beat it out with a pitchfork. I look terrible. I've managed to stop for two days and go completely insane if I don't pick scabs, pop? pimples, clip skin tags, pull hairs, etc..etc..My forehead is scarred and my legs are gross. I find that too people will say I have wonderful clear skin but in my eyes I feel like my skin is absolutely horrible, I know its largely in my head now, and I also have dermatillomania.? I certainly would not have tried UT if I hadn't gotten sick...acne seems to be a pretty common issue UT can help resolve, so a lot of people start because of acne. it goes: well, if this is so good for my skin, for rashes, for cuts and bruises, what's it like if I drink it...or add a drop to my water...and then you're like...whoah, my digestion is so much better...and you just shake your head and go oh well!
